Residents of Lubbock can soon get help with their devices at the Mahon Library. Staff assistance will be available for people who need guidance on using their phones, tablets, or other devices. They can also get advice on solving technical issues.

No advance registration is needed to take part in this program. However, there are some limits to the help that staff can provide. They will not assist with tasks that involve sensitive personal information.
