Three Romanian nationals have been arrested in connection with a card skimming scheme in West Texas. The men, who are allegedly part of a larger organized crime group, installed devices to collect credit and EBT card numbers in multiple cities, including Lubbock. The suspects were taken into custody in San Antonio and are being held in the Bexar County jail.
