A grand jury indictment was handed down to a man involved in a high-speed chase in Lubbock County. The incident occurred in late May when the man, identified as 38-year-old Jerry Marquez, fled a traffic stop. The chase involved multiple law enforcement agencies and took place in the area of Clovis Road.
