Citibus has launched the first phase of its 5-Year Service Plan in Lubbock, Texas. This phase was part of a plan adopted in November 2024. The new development includes changes to Citibus routes.

One brand-new route is being introduced, along with three redesigned routes. These redesigned routes incorporate parts of existing routes. Further details about the new and redesigned routes are available from Citibus, as part of their 5-Year Service Plan.
