Gulf Coast fish and Cajun boil fans will love this. Leblanc's Cajun Cooker, a famous food trailer in Lubbock known for its crawfish, boiled shrimp, snow crab, king crab, and all things Cajun, will open an authentic restaurant in the Hub City.

Recently, Leblanc's confirmed on Facebook that they are opening a new restaurant, offering Lubbock residents a "one-of-a-kind Cajun experience." While the exact site and opening date are still being kept secret, the news has already excited people in the area who have been following Leblanc's as it has traveled the area serving up authentic Louisiana flavors.

The post said that in boils, "if the food is good, that's pretty much all that matters. " It also said the team planned to bring good food and customer service to the new business.

In addition to the restaurant, Leblanc's wants to open a store that will sell Cajun staples and fresh fish. Their release says that soon, people can buy live crawfish, Gulf shrimp, snow crabs, alligator, boudin, and other foods that bring a taste of the bayou right into Lubbock kitchens.

There are no official opening dates or construction schedules yet, but the team said the restaurant will be brand new, which could take some time. Fans can still find Leblanc's Cajun Cooker on the go. People who follow them on Facebook are often told where the trailer will be set up next.

Fans of spicy crawfish, buttery shrimp, or tender crab legs will have to keep an eye on social media for now. However, based on Leblanc's past work, the wait for their restaurant and seafood shop will be worth it.
